Access services centering gifted and twice-exceptional individuals and families at our two New York locations
The practice of Melissa Sornik, LCSW PLLC has two offices, one in Manhattan and one in Long Island. Both provide support and services for neurodivergent individuals, including those who are gifted and twice exceptional. Each location of the practice has built a community of trust, understanding, and support through the implementation of best practices in a systems model.
Our offices provide spacious and comfortable environments for individual and group work. Services include:
Individual and group psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults
Individual, couples, and group coaching and counseling services for parents
Psychoeducational groups and seminars on special topics in response to client needs
Groups that support social and executive functioning skills, such as Dungeons and Dragons groups and Body Doubling workspaces
Our services are available in person, hybrid and fully online. Additional services will be added as needed.

Description: Our original office in Sea Cliff is conveniently located for individuals and families in the Long Island area. It has offices for private therapy services and group programming for gifted individuals, including those who are twice exceptional.
Manhattan Office:
Address: 122 West 26 Street, Suite 700, New York, NY 10001
Description: Located in Manhattan’s Chelsea/Flatiron district, our second office allows for more easily accessible services for individuals and families in the New York City area. Our office provides a spacious and comfortable environment for individual and group work that will allow our support services to continue to evolve and flourish. Like our Sea Cliff location, it has spaces both for private therapy services and group programming for gifted individuals, including those who are twice exceptional.
